ANZUNS Mission Statement
The Australia and New Zealand Urological Nurses Society Inc. is a special interest nursing group, aiming to promote excellence in urology nursing through identification of best practice, promoting research based practice and educational initiatives. . The Society supports nurses within Australia and New Zealand practicing in urology through its educational forums, national and international meetings, networking and dissemination of information
2008 - 2010 Aims and Objectives
The specific aim of this document is to outline the strategic plan for ANZUNS Inc. for the period 2008 - 2010
This strategic plan incorporates the following objectives reflected in the mission statement:
1. To foster support for ANZUNS leadership and membership
2 To promote development of sub specialty Urology Interest Groups
3. To provide information on Urological educational opportunities
4 To promote urological nursing research
5 To maintain and promote affiliations with recognized international Urological Nursing Organizations.
6 To develop a funded ANZUNS Project Officer role.
