ANZUNS 2023 Annual General Meeting
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Australia and New Zealand Urological Nurses Society Company Limited by Guarantee (ANZUNS Ltd) will be held online via Zoom Conference on Tuesday, 24 October at 6:30pm AEST.
Registration to gain access to the meeting will be made available a week before the AGM.
Business of the Annual General Meeting 2023
The following business will be conducted at the AGM:
- Welcome and apologies
- Confirmation of the Minutes of the ANZUNS AGM 2022
- President's report
- Audited financial report
- Update on the appointed Directors and Section Committee members
- General business (agenda to follow)
- Close of AGM 2023
The ANZUNS Annual Report and other documents will be sent out to all members via email, closer to the date of the AGM.
Participation & Voting
In accordance with clause 25 of the ANZUNS Constitution:
- each full member has one (1) vote
- members may vote personally or by proxy
If you wish to appoint another Member as a proxy, please complete the proxy form and return it to me via email no later than 20 October 2023 at 5pm AEST.
