We have had a question submitted to us so would really appreciate any help from you all:

.....Is anyone from a urology service able to share any protocols they have developed around the concept of a (group) PSA elevation clinic?  As I understand it this would enable the appropriate work up of the patient before a TRUS, with patients only seeing the urologist at biopsy time.  Our urology team is particularly interested this group education approach.

Also any ‘follow up’ protocols that you have in place  e.g. follow up of low risk bladder cancer; follow up after a partial and/or radical nephrectomy; follow up stones clinic; neurogenic follow up clinic etc.
